The launcher for the Quilt variant.

Starts Quilt's own launcher, Knot, after setting the system properties that adapt it to this project: skipping the Minecraft game provider it would otherwise look for, and pointing it at modules rather than the default mods directory. Knot then finds CurvedSpacetimeGameProvider, which is what actually starts the engine.
